Who we are

ProjectABLE Workplace Inclusion Ltd (“ProjectABLE”, “we”, “us”) is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17324189), with our registered office at Spring Barn, Raglan, Usk, Monmouthshire, NP15 2DE.

What we collect and why

Our website has no forms or sign-ups, so it doesn’t collect your name, email address or any other personal details.

If you choose to email us, we’ll receive whatever you include in your email — usually your name, email address and message. We use this only to reply to you and for any follow-up conversation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

Cookies and third parties

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site securely.

Videos and podcast players from YouTube and Spotify only load if you choose to play them. They may then set their own cookies, covered by their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any ongoing relationship, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. To do so, contact us at lauren@project-able.co.uk .

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
